This is BobM and I live in the Silicon Valley. My family moved here from a small town in Pennsylvania in 1957. I am a former - forcibly retired - UCSC employee.

Though I’ve had diverse job titles, most of my work life involved ‘Customer Service’ is some way, shape or form.

I enjoy helping people in any way I can, such as my 25+ years of community service with http://www.sjsar.org. Community service is a very rewarding avocation and I highly recommend it as a way of giving back to the community!
