This is Bob Marconi and I live in the Silicon Valley. My family moved here from a small town in Pennsylvania in 1957. Most recently I was a Facility Project Manager, for UCSC – now retired and working on the Internet.

Though I’ve had a number of diverse job titles in my working life, most of my work life involved ‘Customer Service’ in some way, shape or form.

I enjoy helping people in any way I can, such as my 25+ years of community service with http://www.sjsar.org. Community service is a very rewarding avocation and I highly recommend it as a way of giving back to your community!
